The Question Bryan Enjoys Explaining:
"If I'm running a traditional style business, how do I think like a tech startup more?"
Answer:
Just pick one part of the business and try to figure out a way to use technology to make it run smoother. A big challenge you face in business right now is employee turnover. I go employ and by the time trained somebody they're gone.
And so maybe you just spend six months and create the best university for bringing somebody up to speed on whatever it is you're doing. Whether it be through videos, tutorials, or walkthroughs. There are fantastic online training platforms to where you can probably train somebody in a week rather than six months.
So that's just one example. Thinking like a tech startup using technology to solve a problem in your business.
