2:16 Crystal’s ideal Client: My ideal client is someone who is stuck in a pattern or paradigm; they don't like and they want to change. Whether they feel like they don't have what it takes to be financially successful or they are in a possibly bad relationship, or they don't feel any purpose about their life, or have experience some kind of lost and just don't know how to start over just like a divorce, death of a loved one or a job lost.

3:29 Typical symptoms that clients do before reaching out to Crystal: All kinds of symptoms people experience. With people that feel stuck and feel like there's no way out or no solutions. If someone feels constantly miserable. Usually that misery isn't just felt in their minds or emotional selves, that miserable feeling can start to manifest in people's bodies where they just don't feel well. Another symptom is, people get to the point they feel hopeless because if you're in a situation that's hard to tolerate and you can't seem to find a way to change it, you start to lose hope. People are the happiest when they have options. When they start to perceive that there's no options for them, or no way to solve a bad situation, then life starts to feel hopeless for them.

4:38 What are some of the common mistakes that folks make before finding Crystal and her solution: I think the first mistake they make is trying to blame someone for the way they're feeling. They blame their parents, they blame their bosses, they blame their spouses, the system, their kids, they blame someone or blame multiple people. But here's the truth; you can't permanently change something until you are willing to take full responsibility for it. And that requires that you go on that 'asking journey' that we teach in our book. Asking those questions that will help you understand your role in the creation of your situation. Because that's what empowers you. Once you understand how you took part in the creation of your life and in the creation of what you're getting, then you can easily uncreate it or create something very different.

5:44 Crystal’s Valuable Free Action (VFA): The second mistake that people make is that they start to do this thing that I called 'thought identification'. They try to wrap their identity around the state that they're experiencing, and I try to teach people they're separate from their thoughts. Because when you stop identifying what your emotional state feels like, say "I'm anxious, I'm a depress person". Imagine that this is a rain or storm; you're experiencing it, you're feeling the rain on you, you're feeling the storm, but you are not THE storm. What I say for them to do is take 10 minutes at the beginning or end of every day for the next 5 days, and sit in a quiet place with your eyes closed and just absorb your thoughts. And as the thought comes up, imagine that it's just like a leaf blowing by in the wind, and just observe it with neutrality but don't judge it. It's a beginning step to stop identifying with your thoughts and stop identifying with your negative thinking, and it allows you to quiet your mind. And in that quietness, you begin to get clarity and start to ask yourself the right questions that will lead you to the solutions, the illuminations, the understanding and breakthroughs that you're really wanting.

While it appears to most people that life is happening to outside of you and you're ducking and dodging and just trying to keep the balls up in the air, the reality is, your life experience is created inside of you. So, when you learn this 'thought identification separation', and stop the input of the world, and your own negative thinking and start to use your own imagination, you can create the exact vision that you want which becomes the architecture for the life that you really want to build.
