Matt Aitchison is a real estate investor, business coach, speaker and philanthropist. The individual that doesn't necessarily get the diverse, eclectic opportunities because they are focused on their core skill and/or business. Providing those individuals, the different opportunities to build their wealth.

2:19 Problem Matt helps solve: What we see is, they are wealth-building focused and centered but oftentimes they don't have the diversity of opportunities to look at based on what they're looking to accomplish, and ultimately invest in where to find those opportunities. They don't have the time to roll their sleeves up and get in there and be the integrator or operator to see those actual investments come to fruition. Therefore, we provide them those different passive investments. And we have the team, the operators, and the business models that we can put in front of them that ultimately align with the returns and the growth that they're looking to achieve.

3:20 Typical symptoms that clients do before reaching out to Matt: I think, in my opinion, nothing's worse than stale money waiting on the sidelines. I think it's important to be very strategic, and make sure that the investments that you put money in are obviously aligned with the right team. But a lot of times people are just feeling stuck; they don't feel that they are necessarily seeing the growth that they want to, or have the diversification, or the installation, or the security that they're looking for in their investment’s portfolio. And so, those are some of the things that we often see as the frustration of not knowing where they can find these opportunities that ultimately are going to be stepping stones helping them unlock those new tiers of passive income or wealth growth.

4:24 What are some of the common mistakes that folks make before finding Matt and his solution: Often times what we see is one: 'you don't know what you don't know'- so, it's investing in either one: the wrong opportunity, model, or product that's ultimately not aligned with what they're trying to accomplish and when they're looking to accomplish those things. The other thing ultimately is, investing in the wrong team. There's one thing to bet on a horse that's running a race, it's either more important to bet on a horse that truly understands the business model, it has a track record, a resume, and a team. And also aligned with you as an investor from a core values' perspective. So, those are some of the things that we often see people make mistakes when they are making some of these investments.

It really depends on what is the goal that you're looking to accomplish and by when, and based on that, of being clear of what that is, then we can reverse engineer on what's the right strategy, what's the right market, what's the right criteria or product is that's going to be align with that.
