The Question Charlie Enjoys Explaining:
"What I had to change personally to achieve what I have done so far and what do I need to achieve to change personally, to then achieve what I want to achieve? "
For me to achieve what I've had to achieve, what I've achieved so far is changing who I am and that's changing my mindset, changing my environment. I've just moved to Dubai and put myself a more in a comfortable environment to grow. And it continues posting my boundaries because the big thing that stifles people is people get comfortable or like. It's like a big fish, small pond syndrome. And the reality is you don't want to be the smartest person in the room. Like you want to be around other people who are ahead of you to try and learn.
So, for me to now go and achieve the big goals of what I want to achieve. I have to focus solely on self-development learning, becoming a better leader and improve in my mindset, my thought process in terms of dealing with problems and challenges to try and bulletproof that. And what's got me to where I am now is not going to get me to where I want to be.
