It's like "OK, it's happening!" that's the energy and emotion they want to connect to. They want to see that 'realizing' and not the kind of 'concept' which is far off in the horizon.

3:58 What are some of the common mistakes that folks make before finding Cat and her solution: What are the two assets we have in life; money and time. People who are in that stuck place, people who are trying to do by themselves, what I see a lot of times is that they are spending things that they don't have. They're saying that they resent the time that they're spending and the problem is, they're not spending in the right place. They're spending it in trying to consume free information or dirt-cheap information because maybe they've been burned by a previous investment. And they're using that as an excuse not to continue to invest in themselves instead of finding the reason to get to the revenues. There are millions of excuses not to do something, but I want you to tap into that reason to do it that is going to drive you forward. And whether that reason is something that lives deep inside yourself in your heart or it's something you see around every day. Tap into that energizing space, get out of the negative and into the positive because you can only be attractive to other people, and you can only attract abundance into your life when you are raising your frequency and your vibration in that positive space.

7:13 What gets people buying? The thing that people are really focused on is 'what gets you', what gets people buying. The one that I talked about "how do I scale my business faster?" no matter where you are, you're looking at what's that next level of growth. And the problem is, is that you can't grow if your foundational pieces aren't in place. If you're looking back and saying "great, I'm ready to outsource sales". Are you consistently generating converting clients on your own before outsourcing the sales? If your sales people aren't closing consistently like you used to, how have you set them up for success? What processes have you documented and how do you duplicate yourself is absolutely dependent on you. So, don't point the finger at someone else on how they're not completing their job. Look at yourself on how you are setting people up for success. Know how to connect to people, how to converse with them, and how to close them. Those are the three levels. It's the quality, quantity and the conversion that you can pull in your business at any given time to increase your revenues. I'm talking about how you can create easy flows; you want to put effort on your ease and flow in your business.

Basically, the success in your business has everything to do on how you set yourself up for success and the support that you provide yourself in that. Because we are not a solo shop. Get the resources that you need and invest in yourself. Because these are investments not cost.
