1:39 Felicia’s ideal Client: Our ideal clients are people who are basically stuck and they want more. A lot of the people who coach are very high-achieving people, it can be the successful business woman who has kids but she can't seem to just do all those things that she really wants to do like write a book. It could be a man who has it all; has the job, family, the house, and the money. But he's still not happy. And goes like "I thought that once I have all of these successes, I was supposed to feel better." It could be that person who wants to just have a drink at night and unwind, but they ended up drinking more than they want to. Every night, they'll say "ok, just two drinks" and then they keep on drinking. And they feel that they're just kind of stuck, whatever it is. So, our ideal clients are just humans who feels stuck and they want to change but they're not sure of the next steps on how to do that.
2:42 Problem Felicia helps solve: When we think about our ideal client and what our problem is, is that they're suffering needlessly. They don't know how to change the things they want to change, whatever it is for them. So, we show them exactly what they need to do to create whatever result they want in their life. It's a lot of different problems but whatever it is, it's just keeping them stuck and they don't feel good, they're just not really sure how to get out of whatever road it is that they're in.
3:25 Typical symptoms that clients do before reaching out to Felicia: I think what it comes down to is, they feel that they're not fully in control. Personally, I coach people who are not fully in control around food and eating. They know exactly what they should eat, but they really can't follow that plan. Or for somebody else, they don't feel that they're in full control of their time. They always feel that they don't have enough time, they want more time, their time kind of slips away. Another one would be their income. They feel that they want to make more money but they don't know how. They check social media habitually and they feel it's just out of control. They're maybe yelling at their kids more than they would like to. Anyone of those areas, they feel like they're not fully in control and it's not where they wanted to be.
4:34 What are some of the common mistakes that folks make before finding Felicia and her solution: This is super common. There's all kinds of life coaches and I personally think that "are The Life School Coach School the best in the world?" because when I learned about this work, it changed my life more than anything else had. What a lot of people would tell you to do is, they'll give you actions to take. They'll tell you "hey, try this marketing technic. or try this diet, or try this action." Go for a walk, go meditate. They'll give you all these actions to take to try to solve your problem instead of solving the root cause of it. When we take all these actions, a lot of time we're using will power, it doesn't really feel good, people feel really terrible in trying to make these changes. And even if something does change, it doesn't really last. What we do and what we teach people how to do is to actually change the root cause of the problem. We teach people how to change their thoughts and their feelings that is driving everything that they do and it's creating a result in their life. That's the huge mistake that people make is that they take all these actions. They try to do it, and they feel bad, they're not changing the root cause and the thoughts and the feelings they always had are still there.
6:10 Felicia’s Valuable Free Action (VFA): This is a very important action. At 'The Life Coach School' we teach something called the 'model' and it relates back to what I've just said about your thoughts and your feelings. So, the model is, you have a circumstance, and let's say the circumstance is you have a goal to write a book. You have a thought about that which maybe "I don't have enough time to write a book with all these children around." You have a thought which leads to a feeling. That feeling might be overwhelming. The action that you take is inaction. You don't plan time to do it, you don't write your book, you don't make any progress towards your goal. And the result is, you don't have a book, you're not completing that goal. Something that you can really do that's going to help is plug your situation into this model. You have a C-circumstance, T-thoughts, F-feeling, A-action, R-results. This is the tool that we use at The Life Coach School and this is what we plug all of our problems into to find what the thoughts and what the feelings are that's driving this action and getting you your results. That's our biggest recommendation for you is to start doing this. You can do a 'thought download' which is basically getting all of your thoughts out on paper.

8:34 What is the secret in learning how to create anything you want in your life? The short answer is learning how to feel things. A lot of times we're trying to distract ourselves from feelings; we are using food, using Instagram, or using some things so that we don't have to feel uncomfortable. Learning how to feel your feelings is what is going to get you any result. Because every time we take action, it's either we want to feel better or we don't want to feel worse. We are driven by feeling better as human beings and learning how to feel your feelings is something that's going to totally help you create anything you want in your life.
