The Question Vinny Enjoys Explaining:

"Why do people do this? What is the most important thing?"

Answer:

I see a lot of people wants to build a business. It's sexy, it's the new thing to do. I think the reason you should do it is if it is challenging and you enjoy doing it, that's the most important thing.

I know a lot of entrepreneurs, they don't give time for work life balance. You should segregate some time for yourself. We are in healthcare and we see the bills of people. Once you're sick, it's very tough.

If you can think clearly and focus, if you're healthy and you can move around, meet people, then 90% of your problems will be solved. So many times people don't focus on that. I think that's very important.

“The first thing I would say is focus on your health; that means more physical and mental." – Vinod Sankaran
