Here are the highlights of this episode:
Jenn usually works with VP or Senior Management who wants to move to a greater, strategic, and visionary leadership in the company. Because of their position, they are facing the challenges of not knowing what is important since their days are filled with just reacting to certain situations coming their way. This can cause these folks to feel that they are stuck or lonely; so, they do strategic thinking when they are only in bed or what she calls 'busy mind' that keeps them awake at night. They tend to focus on becoming better experts rather than understanding the choices that they're making. Jenn emphasizes that what makes her different when working with her is that she really shows that she cares about her clients.
Jenn’s Valuable Free Action (VFA): Her tip is to watch for the moments when you tell yourself "I have to" or "I have no choice". Instead, ask yourself these two questions: "what's my part" and "what do I want" in order to bring yourself to make conscious choices.
“I only work with clients that I truly care about; their success, their development, their future, and their organizational success they created as a result" – Jenn Lofgren
